Future Iota Leaders (FIL)
The Future Iota Leaders program is Gamma Tau’s youth auxiliary, open to young men and women between the ages of 8 and 18. Mentored by members of the Iota family, FIL participants are immersed in a supportive environment that fosters leadership development, academic excellence, and community service.
The Future Iota Leaders program is designed to help young people realize their full potential, preparing them for academic success, professional achievement, and a lifetime of service.
Men of Iota (MOI)
The Men of Iota auxiliary is composed of husbands, significant others, male relatives, and male friends of chapter members who embrace the mission and values of Iota Phi Lambda. MOI members provide vital support to Gamma Tau’s programs, projects, and community events in a voluntary capacity.
